Mycobacteria causes disease which occur over the world. The development of reliable serological teset for the diagnosis of tuberculosis in humans has been complicated by the large degree of cross reactivitiy between antigens of Mycobacteria species can be used as a tool for serodiagnosis of tuberculosis.
